Comments from Patrick Byrne:
Q: What attracted you to enter The Great British RIB Rally 2010?
A: I have done this trip in sections, but never in one go it will be great to complete the whole thing in one.
Q: What’s your normal day job?
A: Good question – Looking after Scorpion Ribs.
Q: Have you ever done anything this adventurous before?
A: Yes but not for so long.
Q: Which part of the Rally are you most looking forward to?
A: All of it - every little bit, the good, the bad and the ugly; meeting new people, the surprises, the challenges, the feeling at the end of a long day, even those hours when you say to yourself what on earth am I doing here.
Q: What are you going to miss most during the Rally?
A: My bed, my hot shower and clean socks.
Q: What’s your most favourite thing about your RIB?
A: It feels secure.
Q: Are you fund raising for charity and  if so, which one and why?
A: Yes Trinity Hospice, hence the name of the boat.
Q: What kind of music will you listen to on your way round?
A: The sea and the gulls and the sweet tune of the engines.
